We provide free shipping pan India.

We at Elaar know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. We use a large network of couriers to deliver your products as early as possible. 
Purchases are shipped from our own warehouse in Mumbai. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 4-5 days from receipt of order.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by a person other than the one who placed the order for the address indicated at the time. Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery. Our courier partner will contact you before delivering the product. In case you are not at the delivery address, two attempts will be made in order to deliver the product. Failing to receive or attend to the calls made will result in your order being returned back to our warehouse.

Though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them, we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.

Please Note – During festivals, adverse weather conditions or exceptional unforeseen circumstances, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.


RETURN & EXCHANGE

Products bought from the clearance sale section are not eligible for exchange or return.

Products bought from the sale section are eligible for exchange or return.
International orders are not eligible for any returns/exchanges.

We use standard industry sizes to help you in choosing the right size. However if you still want to exchange your pair for another size kindly refer to the return/exchange process.

The pair can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. If you want to change the style of the footwear, the pair you exchange it for should be of the same or higher value.

In case of a missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 72 hours of delivery.

Return Process:
In order to return a pair of shoes, customers can press on the RETURN tab on the main menu or you can find the link here – returns.elaar.in
For a reverse pick-up, a minimum cost of ₹150 is chargeable or you may ship it back to us at Elaar, 605, Conwood Paragaon, Plot No. 6, Walbhat Road, Goregaon (East), Mumbai – 400063, Maharashtra, India within 14 days of delivery.
Please note – In the case of returns/exchange, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.

REFUND

A coupon with a discount equivalent to the cost amount is provided for returns. We strictly do not provide any monetary refunds.

Returned items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount in the form of a coupon will be reimbursed in this case.
The entire amount of the returned product will be credited to the coupon code, that will be sent via email.
In case, an order is lost in transit from our side, then the entire amount will be refunded.
How to use the Elaar Coupon
Elaar Coupon code can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
On the checkout page, you have to apply the coupon code in the ‘DISCOUNT CODE’ section and click on ‘APPLY’
The discount code will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
The validity of the coupon code 3 months or 90 days from the date of issue.

Please Note: The coupon can only be used once. The coupon amount cannot be used partly for different purchases. The coupon code can only be applied to the cart when the total amount is equal to or more than the amount mentioned in the coupon code. 
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation of orders will be issued a coupon only.
ABOUT THE FOOTWEAR
  • All footwear at Elaar is manufactured using non-leather material. We do not suggest wearing them in and around water.
  • Varied weather conditions can affect the conditions of the footwear including the accessories that come with it. We request you to store them in a shoe bag in room temperature.
  • Always dry your feet before wearing your footwear. Wet or moist feet can lead to minor damages in the footwear.
  • Our footwear does not come with a warranty. The life of the same simply depends upon the wear and tear of the product.
  • In case any minor repairing is required, we will repair the product at our cost only once within three months of the delivery.
