1) What is the process of placing an order?
You can choose any style of your choice from Elaar and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout and choose your preferred payment method such as online payment, credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
2) Is your sizing similar to other brands?
We recommend referring to the Elaar size chart available on each product page to ensure the best fit before placing your order.
3) My size is unavailable. What should I do?
If your preferred size is unavailable, the style may currently be on pre-order and will be delivered within the timeline mentioned in the product description.

4) What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges subject to the conditions mentioned in our Return & Exchange Policy.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
- Clearance Sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Refunds are processed after deduction of applicable logistics charges.
- Size exchanges are available for the same style, subject to stock availability.
- Products can also be exchanged for another style of equal or higher value.

5) Do I need an unboxing video?
Yes, we strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video while opening your package.
This helps us and our logistics partners investigate concerns related to:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect products
- Missing items
- Parcel tampering claims
Please note that certain claims may not be accepted without sufficient unboxing evidence.
