1) What is the process of placing an order?

You can choose any style of your choice from our website and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout and choose to pay for your order via online payment, credit/debit card, or UPI.


2) Is your size similar to other brands' size charts?

Please refer to the Elaar size chart to be fully sure of your size.


3) My size is unavailable. What should I do?

If the size in your chosen style is unavailable, it may be under pre-order and will be delivered within the timeline mentioned in the product description.

4) What is the return/exchange policy?

If the product does not fit you or you don’t like it, you can ship it back to us within 10 days of delivery. We can either send you a size that fits or issue a credit note for the same amount.

5) What payment options are available on the website?

You can pay via:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Net Banking

  • UPI

  • Any available wallet at checkout

  • Cash on Delivery (Additional 99/- for COD convenience fee)

Orders usually take 5-7 working days to reach from the time of order placement.


7) How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email. You can track your order from there or enter your shipment number at the tracking link provided.
