1) What is the process of placing an order?
You can choose any style of your choice from our website and add it to the cart. Proceed to check out and choose to pay for your order via online payment, credit/debit card, or UPI.

2) Is your size similar to other brands size chart?
Please refer to the Elaar size chart to be fully sure of your size! Size_chart

3) My size is unavailable, what do I do?
If the size in your chosen style is unavailable, it may be under pre order and the same will be delivered to you within the given timeline mentioned under the product description. In case the product is not under pre order please get in touch with our customer care team via email customercare@elaar.in, or call us on +91 9820146285.

4) What is the return / exchange policy
In case the product does not fit you/or you don’t like it, you can ship it to us within 14 days of the delivery and we can either send a size that fits you or give you a credit note for the same amount. Please get in touch with our customer care team via email customercare@elaar.in, or call us on +91 9820146285 for any other query.
