Shipping Policy

At Elaar, we aim to deliver your order safely, efficiently, and in the best possible condition.

Shipping Timeline

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Once dispatched, deliveries generally take 4–7 working days depending on your location and serviceability.
  • Pre-order styles may require additional time, which will be mentioned on the product page.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.


Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping across India on prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to a non-refundable ₹99 convenience fee.

Delivery & Order Acceptance

  • Deliveries may require a signature or OTP confirmation at the time of delivery.
  • Elaar is not responsible for orders accepted by someone other than the customer at the delivery address provided during checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details while placing the order.

Incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or unavailability during delivery attempts may result in delays or Return to Origin (RTO).


Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners usually make up to two delivery attempts.

If delivery attempts fail due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Unanswered delivery calls
  • Incorrect address details
  • Refusal to accept the order

the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases:

  • COD convenience fees remain non-refundable.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Shipping Coverage

We work with reputed logistics partners across India. However, delivery timelines and serviceability may vary depending on your location.

In rare cases where a location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will contact you to arrange the best possible alternative solution.


Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Festivals or peak sale periods
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Political disruptions or strikes
  • Natural calamities
  • Operational or logistics disruptions beyond our control

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, we strongly recommend:

  • Refusing delivery where possible, or
  • Recording a clear unboxing video while opening the package

Any concerns regarding damaged, incorrect, missing, or tampered products must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • Unboxing video evidence wherever possible

Claims without sufficient proof may not qualify for investigation or resolution.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy after delivery.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD convenience fees are non-refundable.
  • Elaar reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

About the Footwear & Care Instructions

All footwear at Elaar is manufactured using non-leather materials.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your footwear, we recommend the following care guidelines:

Product Care

  • Avoid direct exposure to water or excessive moisture.
  • Do not wear the footwear in heavy rain or water-prone areas.
  • Always dry your feet before wearing the footwear.
  • Moisture and prolonged exposure to humidity may affect the material, finish, or accessories attached to the footwear.
  • Store your footwear in a dust bag or shoe bag at room temperature when not in use.

Natural wear and tear over time depends on individual usage and handling.


Repair Assistance

Elaar does not offer a formal warranty on footwear.

However, in case of minor repair requirements, we may assist with one complimentary repair within 3 months from the date of delivery, subject to inspection and feasibility.

Please note:

  • Customers may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse for repair.
  • Repair timelines may vary depending on the nature of the issue.
  • Damage caused due to misuse, water exposure, improper storage, or excessive wear may not qualify for repair support.
